Is there a minimum age?
See individual game rooms for age restrictions. Anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

How many players can take part?
Teams of between 2 and 6 players.

How long does a game last?
Our games last 60 minutes.

Do we need to allow extra time?
Yes. Please allow 10 minutes for a pre-game briefing and 5 minutes for a post game debrief.

Where can we park?
There is free parking at our Venue

What are your opening times?
12pm – 8pm, 7 days a week.

Do you have toilets?
Yes.

Can we bring Alcohol?
No alcohol is allowed in the game. Anyone deemed under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry on safety grounds, without a refund.

Can we take photographs?
Sorry, no photography of any kind is permitted in our games rooms.

Do you issue refunds?
As our games are live events we are not able to issue refunds except for extenuating circumstances.

What happens if we are late?
If you arrive late this may affect the length of your game. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be refused entry without a refund.

Can we bring extra players?
Yes, up to the maximum permitted for that game. Extra players must pay in cash on arrival.
